The living area has a dining table with wooden bench, and a 40″ flat screen SmartTV.

The upstairs bedroom has wardrobe, 40″ flat screen Smart Tv and moquette.

Wide windows on both floors offer you a stunning view on Rovereto, the surrounding wineyards and the loops of the Adige river. Direct access to a private loggia with table, chairs and a small garden.

All the furniture is entirely tailor made of wood with local materials. The room is enriched with nut wood flooring that comes from a family nut tree property. Wood ceiling with planks at sight.

Kitchenette with fridge and small freezer, sink, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, dishes and dinnerware (upon request).
